Reaching your audience is important! How else will they know about your amazing box? Before you decide on what to post, give some thought to what social media outlet your neighborhood uses most.

 

Is it Facebook? Nextdoor? Craigslist?

For us, the answer was clearly the Facebook page for our valley. So, I use it as a communication channel and it works pretty well. I make one post a week reminding people where we are and showing off new patterns.

 

I keep it fun and lighthearted. I like to feature mask makers when they bring fresh batches of masks and I find that tagging them helps increase the attention that the post gets. I decorate them with stickers and try to take pretty pictures of the masks.
